at this hour? that is the big question that people want the answer to. the lawyers were successful disguising where she went in the overnight hours. even the press not able to keep up with her. cameras shooting this video of casey anthony walking out of the front doors of the orange county jail at 12:11. wearing pink me low shirt, hair in a bun and the primary defense attorney jose baez right by her side. they got in a motorcade, a gray suburban, a cream colored tahoe and white follow-car and drove directly from the location to a bank of of america building in downtown orlando, not far from here, where her other attorney has an office. they went in covered parking garage and pulled a bait and switch. the suv never emerged from the parking garage, but others cars did and it's not clear which one that casey anthony was in. we can tell you around the same time there was police activity across town at a private airport. a private plane was fuelled up and ready to go on the runway, but nobody saw casey anthony boarding the aircraft. officials telling us it was scheduled to carry golfers vacationin

this courthouse, since october 14, 2008, the big question, she's got smiles from ear to ear owl morning in -- all morning in that courtroom, is today the day she walks free if in fact belvin p.y does make that her sentence, considering time served and perhaps not stack the four years back to back but have them consecutively serve. she could walk free. that would not happen at the courthouse, she would be taken to the orange county jail, most likely driven to an undisclosed private, secret location to then be released into the public to avoid any potential conflict with any unruly crowds outside of the jail. when inmates are housed at the orange county jail they're allowed to cut the women, each other's hair with little fingernail clippers, casey anthony has been in protective custody the entire time so she doesn't have contact person to person with any other inmates and i presume she's not cut her hair one time but today, her hair is all the way down, she is smiling large, actively talking with her attorney, her mother, father, george and cindy, they are in the courtroom, her brother lee has not

a picture for us about how a newspaper like the "news of the world" goes about reporting on such a big story, what the level of editor, deputy editor, the senior reporter would be in putting together and overseeing a story like that? >> i think any big story, but for the purpose of process, most stories start out with a reporter, and that reporter may be being asked by the news editors to go and investigate a story, or they may have brought information about a story from their own contacts to the news editor. it is at that stage in a newspaper where the reporter and news editor discuss the veracity of the information, go out and check the allegations, and come back with a more considered view. you can imagine that every newspaper gets a lot of information to the news desk, and only a percentage, very small percentage makes it actually to publication. so there are many layers from reporter, to assistant news editor, to news editor. finally, this story will go to the back bench which will be the people that will oversee that story and often talk to a reporter directly with questions and amendm
